Johnny Lime is a laid back, open-air barbecue restaurant in Coral Bay serving up smoked pork, ribs, chicken and locally grown vegetables. The food is smoked on sight from burning apple and pecan wood and much of the produce comes from Josephine’s, also known as Coral Bay Garden Center. Johnny Lime keeps a community vibe with bingo, open mic, and trivia nights on the schedule.
Lime Inn
The Lime Inn has been a staple St. John restaurant with a sweet family history starting in 1984, when Chris and Rich Myers opened the doors. From simple roots the husband and wife duo grew the restaurant to a renowned dining establishment celebrated for creative dishes, highlighting the flavors of the Caribbean. When the Myers decided to retire in 2015, their daughter, Chelsea and son in law, Richard, stepped in to run the restaurant. In 2019, in addition to running Lime Inn, Chelsea and Richard along with childhood friends launched the opening of Lime Out, a floating taco boat, which became an overnight success. Lime Inn was the base kitchen used for the Lime Out tacos everybody loved. Today the Lime Inn is going through a new transition bringing their boat tacos to land!
