For our long-time repeat guests you all may remember Captain Thomas from way back! For all others, here’s his bio:
Captain Thomas is a native of North Carolina’s coastal area. He grew up around boats, and knows everything about boating, as well as related water activities: fishing, surfing, diving, fishing, or just relaxing on a booze cruise.
He comes with many relevant qualifications that make our guests feel ultra safe on their luxury charter boat tours: years of Ocean Rescue operations experience, a U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner 50 ton Credential, CPR and Emergency Medical Responder certifications.
From NC to the VI. Thomas moved to the Virgin Island 10 years ago and started his charter boating career with Stormy Petrel and Pirates Penny, two of the longest running charter boats in the Virgin Islands. He is now an official resident. During his decade in the VI, he has learned the waters and cays around the USVI and BVI.
For the last half a decade, Thomas has been working with Love City Excursions and Island Roots Charters to master the art of being a charter boat captain.
Using his positive reputation he has earned through years of captaining, Thomas is excited to lead these new luxury charter boat tours, embarking from St. John and St. Thomas and cruising through the crystal clear waters of the BVI and USVI.
